Holbrook Campmeeting(2008-07-10)

Holbrook Campmeeting will begin on Friday, July 11 and run through Sunday, July 20. The preachers this year will be Dr. James Mooneyhan, senior pastor of Sugar Hill UMC and Dr. George Anderson, Senior pastor of Canton First Baptist Church. Graham Arp will be the Youth Director and Jennifer Smithwick will be the Children’s Director.

Mother's Cupboard(2008-07-06)

Thank you for your faithful donations - with your food and money donations we handed out 25 boxes of food for June. We have lowered the amount of food (from 36 down to 28 items) we give in each box due to concerns about diminishing funds. Although for the upcoming month, we were blessed to receive considerable donations from Liberty Grove Baptist’s VBS offerings allowing us to further reduce the food we will need to purchase for the July 1 distribution.
