"Living, Loving, Laughing in Old Lathemtown"(2008-05-29)

This book of narratives opens a window into the past covering everyday life in a small North Georgia rural community from 1920 – 1970, including memories of life during the Great Depression and World War II years.  Interwoven in the stories are personal testimonies of Christian faith that offer inspiration and hope.  Learn about “Muletown” (Lathemtown), the mule trading capital of Georgia and home of the Mules Baseball Team.  Readers will experience the simple pleasures and joys of growing up in a slower paced but very rich era.
